  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Bonds means such of the debt obligations, including "when issued" and/or "regular way" contracts, if any, for the purchase of certain bonds, and cash or a certified check or checks and/or an irrevocable letter or letters of credit in the amount required for such purchase, deposited in irrevocable trust and listed under the "Trust Portfolio" in the Prospectus, and any obligations received in exchange, substitution or replacement for such obligations pursuant to Sections 3.09 and 3.18 hereof, as may from time to time continue to be held as a part of the Trust to which such Reference Trust Agreement relates.

  • Existing Bonds means the outstanding senior secured callable floating rate bonds 2013/2017 issued by the Issuer for the holders thereunder (the “Existing Bondholders”) of maximum SEK 200,000,000 with ISIN SE0005567955, which shall be redeemed in full in accordance with Clause 4.2 (Use of proceeds).

  • Surety Bonds means all bonds issued for the account of the Company or any Subsidiary to assure the performance thereby (or to the extent issued in the ordinary course of business, any other Person) under any contract entered into in the ordinary course of business.

  • Securitization Bonds means Debt of one or more Securitization SPEs, issued pursuant to The Customer Choice and Electricity Reliability Act, Act Xx. 000, Xxxxxx Xxxx xx Xxxxxxxx, 0000, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Escrowed Bonds means Municipal Obligations that (i) have been determined to be legally defeased in accordance with S&P’s legal defeasance criteria, (ii) have been determined to be economically defeased in accordance with S&P’s economic defeasance criteria and assigned a rating of AAA by S&P, (iii) are not rated by S&P but have been determined to be legally defeased by S&P or (iv) have been determined to be economically defeased by S&P and assigned a rating no lower than the rating that is S&P equivalent of S&P’s AAA rating. In the event that a defeased obligation which is an S&P Eligible Asset does not meet the criteria of an Escrowed Bond, such Municipal Obligation will be deemed to remain in the Issue Type Category into which it fell prior to such defeasance.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.
